Tour Overview
Academy Travel is delighted to present an outstanding professional development opportunity for Australian Drama teachers.
This 13-day program is designed to enhance your knowledge and classroom skills in key areas related to the teaching of high school drama.
Travelling to great European destinations in Turkey and the UK including Istanbul, Kusadasi, London and Stratford-upon-Avon, this itinerary includes performances and activities forming an eclectic mix of theatre, cultural experiences and an opportunity to view the destinations through a dramatic lens.
The program features a blend of five live performances, hands-on activities, in-depth workshops and guided tours as well as great opportunities for networking and discussions.
Professional Learning Hours
You will be able to register up to 30 hours (based on the current itinerary) in your NESA teacher accreditation hours.
We will supply you with advice on suggested standards and outcomes in ETAMS to attach to these hours before departure.

Breakfast is included each day and is usually a continental buffet provided within the hotel.
There are 5 included group dinners in the program. Included dinners are usually a set 2/3-course group menu at a local restaurant with a soft drink/beer/wine included. The restaurants are selected for their location and atmosphere. Lunches are generally arranged independently.

We welcome partners of teachers to accompany them on tour, and we do understand that not all activities may be of interest to non-teachers. Alternative activities for accompanying partners can be suggested by the tour manager (please note there are no refunds/discounts for unused portions of the tour).
