With nearly 20 years’ experience in designing and managing educational tours, we provide support through all stages of planning, organising and travelling on a journey.

Sometimes a one-sized-approach doesn’t suit all, especially when planning a tour to suit your educational purposes! Our educational tours can be tailored to highlight a variety of subject areas, including Ancient and Modern History, Drama, Music and Visual Arts. We have a range of suggested syllabus-based itineraries in specific subject areas that can be used as a starting point to customise your own program, or you can provide us with your “wishlist” from which we will create your personalised tour.

The tour product manager works one-on-one with the organising teacher and the travel consultant provides assistance to travelling students and their family members.

 

ACADEMIC EXPERTISE LEADS THE WAY

We are proud to work with key associations and an unrivalled team of academic experts who provide on-site tour guidance, background talks and advice on planning itineraries. However, while our tours are primarily academic, we do recognise that students (and teachers!) want to enjoy sightseeing and shopping, so we do make time for the fun stuff too. The whole experience will be managed by one of our experienced tour managers which allows the smooth operation of the tour while accompanying teachers can focus on the pastoral care of the students.

 

SAFETY AND SECURITY WHILE TRAVELLING

The safety and security of our groups is our number one priority and we work closely with tour organisers to assist them in meeting their institution’s risk management requirements. We constantly monitor the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) travel advisories and will take appropriate action in the event of changes to advisory levels. We also have a comprehensive risk management plan that covers possible scenarios that is provided to tour organisers and can be adjusted to their particular needs. This allows for all parties (school, university, teachers, tour manager, etc.) to have guidelines on how to manage any potential situations that may occur.
